4       Committees—Leave to Meet During Sittings

Committees were authorised to meet during the sittings of the Senate, as follows:

Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee—public meeting on Thursday, 10 September 2015, from 3.45 pm, to take evidence for the committee’s inquiry into a popular vote on the matter of marriage.

Migration—Joint Standing Committee—public meetings on Wednesday, 9 September, and on Wednesday, 16 September, from 9.45 am, to take evidence for the committee’s inquiry into the Seasonal Worker Programme.

Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Legislation Committee—

public meeting, followed by a private briefing, on Wednesday, 9 September 2015, from 5 pm, to take evidence for the committee’s inquiry into the performance of Airservices Australia.
