Senator RUSTON (South AustraliaAssistant Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources) (11:50): I can't be explicit as to the timing of the discussions that would have occurred. Obviously, there could well have been discussions between the state minister and the federal minister about the suitability of the location and the relevance of the New South Wales government agencies that already exist and are established in Orange. But I can say that, as part of the stakeholder engagement program, there was formal consultation with the Department of Primary Industries; the NSW Rural Assistance Authority; Regional Development Australia, particularly the central west arm of that; Paraway Pastoral Company; the Rural Financial Counselling Service of New South Wales; the Orange City Council; Orange business chamber; and New South Wales Farmers.
