Senator RUSTON (South AustraliaAssistant Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources) (10:00): I'm not quite sure what the difference in your question is, but my advice is that there is no formal mechanism that requires us to consult with the states. However, I would say that I presided over the last ag minister's ministerial council and I've been at all ag minister ministerial councils since this particular organisation has been on the table as a proposed method by which to roll out future loans to the states. It has the overwhelming support of the states in its current proposed structure, so the states are quite happy with the way this is progressing. I'm not quite sure what you're actually asking outside of that.
