Senator SIEWERT (Western AustraliaAustralian Greens Whip) (17:12): I'm talking about the definition of 'foreign government principal', and I'm then looking at the definition of 'national security'. For example, the activists in Australia may be talking to the NGOs in the other country about how our system operates so that they know who to talk to, but it might be more than that. It may also be about activism, about how to draw attention to the issue if they're not getting the government's attention. It could also involve taking legal action and how you use the system that way.
