Senator CAMERON (New South Wales) (18:10): Minister, I am not sure how long it is since you have practised industrial law. It is a fair while since I have been involved, but what I can tell you is that when you talk about 'renegotiation' it means renegotiation; it does not mean a defined outcome. Does the minister then accept that if the agreement is terminated workers would be entitled to take protected industrial action to deliver on the outcome of the agreement?
