Senator BROWN (9:51 AM) —So you make an appeal without the information upon which you have been listed made available to you. You have to make an appeal without the information that has been used to find you effectively guilty. I ask the minister: if the AAT appeal involves members of the AAT being privy to that information, why is it that the court itself is not a suitable place for that information to be made available? Why is it that the court itself cannot make that determination?
