Senator COONAN (Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts) (5:23 PM) —I do have some information that I think would be of assistance in resolving that issue. I will get those advising me to turn it up. The referral of powers amendment, which is what we were dealing with, is not supported by the government. If I am not able to give you an answer to your question in the short time that is available, Senator Nettle, I will make sure that I try to give you that information. I have seen—if not in the notes that I have here—some information on that.
