Senator HILL (Minister for Defence) (12:09 PM) —I am told that my colleague Senator Ian Macdonald indicated that the government is still considering the more general recommendations of the report of JSCOT. A lot of these matters relate to the future implementation of the agreement. In one instance a recommendation is taken up in the government's amendments before the chamber. But on the issue raised by Senator Ridgeway regarding Productivity Commission reviews, that is a matter upon which the government will make a decision and will report that decision to the parliament when it responds to the JSCOT report.
