Senator NETTLE (9:31 PM) —I am happy to recognise that that may well be the position of the opposition, Senator Faulkner. I just found that you were arguing before to the government that people had come before the Senate committee and had made that distinction, so I was wondering whether that had been pursued in your amendments. I recognise that you have provided that information to the committee.
