Senator BROWN (10:11 AM) —The boot is on the wrong foot. There should be no commercial-in-confidence exclusion here; a review in three years should take into account the potential for that if the need arises. I asked the minister to give the committee an example of warranted commercial information that should be kept confident from the public under the exclusion clauses that the government has here. Could we have an example, please?
