Senator NETTLE (12:45 PM) —I have a question for Senator Hogg. I am sorry if you answered the question in your explanation of the amendment. On the second part of your amendment, where you say `and other than a purpose relating to ART treatment of the woman concerned', I wanted to ask whether you thought that your amendment, as is, facilitated the possibility of using embryonic stem cells for improving ART technology in itself other than for a purpose specifically related to the woman concerned, as is written in your amendment?
