Senator HARRADINE (11:13 AM) —Not as such. I would rather deal with these amendments as they are now. The minister is taking further advice on the other matters which are to do with the export and import of cloned embryos and stem cells from, say, cloned embryos, and I believe that issue ought to be determined in this legislation because the government has in the bill itself placed a ban on the export and import of cloned embryos but it has not provided in the bill for a ban on the exportation of embryos developed through the assisted reproductive technology process. So I would prefer to deal with this amendment now.
