Senator BOSWELL (Leader of the National Party of Australia in the Senate and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Transport and Regional Services) (7:30 PM) —by leave—Tonight on the PM program, Senator Knowles said that I had made certain allegations in the debate on the Research Involving Embryos Bill 2002 in the Senate today, which is true. I made allegations against Professor Trounson, and Senator Knowles said that those allegations were not substantiated. I want to say to the Senate, to those in the gallery and to those who are listening that every statement I made today was substantiated by documents, and those documents were tabled with the speech. Senator Knowles said that I did not substantiate the allegations with documentation and that I should take it before the Senate and do so. I want to inform the Senate that I have done that; I tabled those documents when I made the speech.
