Senator ALLISON (10:25 AM) —Does this then mean that any other matter which is agreed between the Commonwealth and the states would not have to come back to the parliament? Wouldn't it be better to leave the definitions as they are currently stated and, if something arises that means there is another matter that needs to be added to those prescribed matters, to alter the legislation at that point? Again, I wonder what kinds of things you had in mind. I do not know that it is good enough to say, `Well, we can't think of any at this point in time, but it's just there in case we do.' There must be some examples that come to mind.
