Senator BOLKUS (8:48 PM) —I am not in the business this evening of prolonging this debate other than to say that we from this side of the parliament are disappointed that we have not been able to pursue the moral rights issue at this stage. It has been some time that this legislation has been in the drafting and developing stages. Obviously, we cannot proceed with it tonight. We hope that the government can come back with something before the election. That may be too short a time burden to put on them. If they do not, then obviously we will have the responsibility soon afterwards.
