Senator FORSHAW (1:37 PM) —To answer Senator Woodley, the reason we sought leave to change the order of business is that there is one particular bill that is probably going to take about half an hour or so to deal with and we thought we would get the quicker ones away earlier. I was not aware of the point you were going to raise, Senator Woodley, otherwise I would obviously have discussed it with you. But, on the basis that they are simply incorporated in the second reading speech, fine.
