Senator WOODLEY (12.34 p.m.) —I thank Senator Patterson for her help because I was trying to get the same advice as she had. It is always awkward to do this sort of business of the chamber at the very last moment but it is evidence of the ability we have, at times, to cooperate. That is the way I like to operate. Even though some folk may not think that is true of me; it is nevertheless the way I prefer to do the business of the chamber because I believe that by cooperating we certainly can achieve a great deal. At times one knows that it is a political tactic to confront issues but, where we can cooperate, that does provide us with an opportunity to achieve the very best result. Is the minister ready?
