Senator KERNOT (Leader of the Australian Democrats) (4.50 p.m.)
—I thought the minister was going to reply to Senator Harradine's questions. I ask the minister: why start it now in the way the government is starting it? I understand where the government wants to get in 20 years, but let us look at the impact now. She said that we have to act now and that, by acting now, we improve women's access to superannuation and employment opportunities. Could she tell me how, please?
