Senator HARRADINE (4.44 p.m.) —I am not prepared on the evidence thus far to suggest that there have been irregularities. Dealing with Commonwealth and taxpayers' money is a very important matter. It does appear that there have been unconventional procedures. However, I am not going to support the proposal in its current form for a number of reasons, one of which is that it has a pejorative feeling about it which does not appeal.
