Senator TIERNEY —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

  That the Senate—

  (a)expresses its dismay over the Government's failure to put in place the policies necessary to stimulate the growth in private investment upon which its 1994-95 Budget forecasts are totally dependent;

  (b)condemns the Government for once again relying upon Budget projections for growth and investment which it knows full well will not be realised and upon which real jobs are ultimately dependent; and

  (c)expresses its deep concern about the viability of the Government's 1994-95 Budget given the absence within the business community of any indications of the investment levels which are needed to realise budget targets.
