Senator McMULLAN (Minister for Trade) (4.02 p.m.) —Obviously the government does not agree with the motion, nor do we actually consider there is sufficient urgency to warrant this course of action. But we understand that the course has support, so it is pointless having a half hour debate about whether we should have a debate. Let us pass this motion and then we will have our debate on the substantive motion.
