Senator RYAN (Minister for Education)(4.22) —I think I should draw Senator Chaney's attention to the information which can be made available under the Affirmative Action (Equal Employment Opportunity for Women) Act 1986. It is very limited information. It is information which provides statistics and related information concerning employment by the relevant employer, including the number of employees of either sex and the type of jobs undertaken, or by job classifications of employees of either sex and an outline of the processes undertaken by the relevant employer, and in the case of the employer's first report, initially to develop and implement the employer's affirmative action program and in any other case further to develop and implement the program. So it is very summary information and it is information in relation to any statutory authority which is readily available.
