Senator DURACK(11.03) —I have one last question on this point. The status of the Coronation Hill lease, the associated leases or whatever, is not really spelled out in the second reading speech. I had understood from the statement of 16 September last year that the Government's proposal was that the Coronation Hill leases or rights-or whatever status they have-would be excised from the park; in other words, that they would be treated in the same way as Ranger or Koongara have been treated. This has not been made clear by the Government in the second reading speech or in the current debate. Is that still going to be done or will some special rules apply to Coronation Hill? What is happening about Coronation Hill?
