Senator NEWMAN(12.15) —Does the Government not have the opportunity to go to the court and ask for an injunction by the normal operation of the law of this land? Is there any need to put such a clause into the Bill, thereby widening the powers? Why do we need an extraordinarily wide power when such a right already exists under the law of the land?
