Senator TATE (Special Minister of State)(5.53) —I suppose it is a fact that some small areas of a forest area may not be able to be designated successfully as the absolute limit of what may be in need of some sort of protection in order to preserve a world heritage value merely by looking at a line on a map. There may be a slight spillover just outside the boundaries that might be laid down in the schedule.
