To the Honourable the President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled, the humble petition of the undersigned showeth:

That State Branches of some Federally registered Unions, the Australian Council of Trade Unions, and the Australian Labor Party, are holding up to contempt

(a) Statute laws and decisions of Courts of Law

(b) Sections of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1904;

(c) Sections of the International Labour Organisation Agreement;

(d) Sections of the Magna Carta;

(e) Sections of the Trade Practices Act, 1974;

(f) Sections of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Specific actions of the A.C.T.U. affiliated unions in particular, the Transport Workers Union of Australia, which is a communist controlled union, has a history of involvement with the worldwide Mafia organisation, and, is a member of an international Transport organisation whose aim is to gain control of transport operations so that they are able to cripple countries, as it suits them.

Your petitioners therefore humbly pray that the Senate in Parliament assembled, should totally reject any attempt that may be made by the A.L.P. Federal Government to deem any small business entrepreneur in the road transport industry, whether he or she be an employer, self-employed, contractor or sub-contractor, to be an employee. History shows that the transport industry is being ruled and controlled by a few power brokers, and that individuals and their families are being destroyed and denied natural justice. This can only be corrected in the Federal Parliament, and must be for the long term recovery of Australia, and its citizens.

God save the Queen!

And your petitioners as in duty bound will ever pray.
