Senator Robertson having addressed a question to the Minister for Education-

Senator Chaney-Mr President, I raise a point of order. The Minister for Education has just said that it is an abuse of Question Time to engage in such speculation. I make the point that she has been asked a question on a hypothetical matter in an attempt to relate it to Opposition policy which is not Opposition policy, and, Mr President, I would ask you to rule the question out of order. The Minister's own comments were that this is an abuse of Question Time.

The PRESIDENT —There have been a number of questions along these lines. I listened carefully to the previous question and it was in order. I am afraid for Senator Robertson that his question is out of order and I rule accordingly.
