Senator DURACK(10.23) —I am totally bemused by what the Australian Democrats are doing. We have before us an amendment to the Government's motion which seeks to remove most of the words relating to registrable interests and to substitute a--

Senator DURACK —Perhaps when they move it they can explain what they are doing. How is it consistent with the motion that they have circulated?
