Senator BUTTON (Leader of the Government in the Senate) —by leave-On 16 February 1987 His Excellency the Governor-General accepted the resignation of Senator the Hon. Don Grimes as Minister for Community Services and appointed Mr Chris Hurford as Minister for Community Services. Also, Senator the Hon. Michael Tate was appointed Special Minister of State, and the Hon. Michael Young as Minister for Immigration and Ethnic Affairs. For the information of honourable senators I table and seek leave to incorporate in Hansard the Second Hawke Ministry list, which includes the revised arrangements for ministerial representation in the Senate.
