Senator WALSH (Minister for Finance)(10.46) —Mr President, I think I have to agree with Senator Peter Baume's assessment that it would look a little strange, to say the least, if all that was left was the word `That'. I seek leave to move the second reading motion.

May I also state that, although I recognise that the second reading motion will be defeated, for the purpose of the record and history I will call for a division to give Government senators the opportunity of voting for the second reading.
