Senator GRIMES (Minister for Community Services)(9.13) —The advice we got was that there was no point in the Commonwealth budgeting for it this year because the State Government would not have fulfilled its obligations by the end of this year. When it has fulfilled its obligations, we will reconsider it. But it is a matter of great concern to me, as it is to the good senator.
