Senator SHEIL(9.10) —I think the Minister has missed the whole point. The introduction of the fringe benefits tax was the policy of the Australian Labor Party and the Australian Democrats. They brought it in and it is under challenge in the High Court of Australia right at this time.

Senator Grimes —If that is the case, it is sub judice, and I will not speak about it.

Senator SHEIL —It just shows that the Government is using taxpayers' money to advertise its fringe benefits tax to the Australian people when the other side of the political spectrum is not being represented at all. That is why the interest is being shown by the speakers at this moment. I ask the Minister to give us a clear indication of how much the Government is spending in advertising the Australian Labor Party's policy in Australia.
