Senator NEWMAN(9.05) —I want to answer that specific point. Sadly, Senator Grimes was not in the chamber when I raised the issue of the location of the cycling centre of the Australian Institute of Sport. I very carefully based my comments on the fact that more taxpayers' money will be spent if yet another cycling velodrome is built anywhere else in Australia. Launceston already has the best, so why spend more money?
