Senator LEWIS(8.48) —I just say to the Minister that, on my estimate, there are about 10 questions floating around that the Minister simply has made no attempt to answer. I see that the Minister is now seeking a brief from the public servants alongside him. I do hope that he will make some attempt to answer some parts of the questions. After all, the Minister has acknowledged that, in his estimate, the questions are of varying degrees of relevance. So, if he could start off by answering the ones that are relevant--

Senator LEWIS —And quality. If the Minister could start by answering those which he thinks are of some relevance and quality, we will have a look at what is left after he has given those answers.
