Senator PETER RAE(8.59) —I thank the Minister and simply say that I would regret the day when the Parliament, in looking at the Estimates, was not interested in pursuing the question of how expenditure of a significant magnitude can take place and produce nothing of any benefit. Alternatively, if it produced some benefits perhaps we may be able to find out what they were. I have pursued the matter in that spirit and I thank the Minister for his co-operation. I am content to leave the matter of Australia Post with those undertakings from the Minister and with the spirit of co-operation that the Minister has shown.
