Senator BUTTON (Minister for Industry, Technology and Commerce)(6.09) —I refer to the example I gave earlier. I am instructed that the level of 15 per cent provides market signals in the view of the Government. We are talking about 15 per cent in an equalisation context. As I understand it, that is a totally different context from the example Senator Macklin gave about the levels of assistance in the last 11 years.
