Senator COLLARD(6.01) —I just point out to the Minister that primary industry is used to reviews of its prices. As my colleague Senator Scott quite rightly said, the floor price scheme for the wool industry is reviewed every year, so the argument which the Minister has just put really does not hold water. As a matter of fact, the industry has a fair predictability for three years, more than there would be in some industries, after which the scheme could then be reviewed. I cannot accept the logic of the Minister's argument. Maybe he can accept mine and agree with my amendments so we can get this Bill through. I have just shot down his one argument in flames.
