Senator BOSWELL —My question is addressed to the Minister representing the Minister for Communications. Is it a fact that the members of the transport workers unions who are delaying and obstructing mail services in and out of Queensland as part of the Australian Council of Trade Unions blockade are in breach of the Postal Services Act? If so, will the Government take any action under section 94 of the Act to ensure that Queenslanders and all other Australians receive the mail service to which they are entitled?

Senator WALSH —I do not know whether it is a fact or not. I did not even get time to read the newspapers this morning; much less do I know by heart the Postal Services Act. I will refer the question to the Minister to see what he has to say about it.
