Senator PETER BAUME —by leave-I do not want to cavil about the matter, but it is a question of Standing Orders. I would point out that standing order 364, which relates to people other than Ministers, puts an obligation on people to act immediately, but standing order 363 in relation to Ministers has no such restriction. It is not necessary to call for it immediately; it can be called for at any time under the provision of standing order 363. I think the Minister for Education (Senator Ryan) is incorrect.
