Senator ROBERTSON — by leave-I thought that in the body of my remarks I had corrected the assumption that I had made. I said that I was sorry; I thought the honourable senator had said that. Having done that I would not have thought it was necessary to raise the matter again. Let me just remind the Senate that what Senator Harradine is saying is not completely correct. Matters which come before us have to be listed early because of the Standing Orders of the Senate. Matters of the day are then arranged at the rearrangement of business. This is a perfectly normal procedure. There is nothing unusual about what we are doing. We are changing the program to fit in this matter at a more appropriate time.
