Senator MACKLIN(10.16) —I think the situation is pretty clear. I simply raise one issue-the money through the rural adjustment scheme. The Commonwealth Government lends money to Queensland at 8 per cent for up to 20 years with a two-year repayment holiday. That is currently being lent by the Queensland Government to cane growers at 10 per cent for 10 to 15 years and no repayment holiday.
