Senator GRIMES (Minister for Social Security)(9.45) —Senator Archer has asked me for a considerable amount of detail. I am not questioning his right or his need to ask me for that detail, but quite clearly I cannot give it to him now. I am informed that not all products will be inspected and that, therefore, only those products which are inspected will be charged for. We will not have a general charging procedure. I am also informed that the actual process and mechanism of inspection is at present being developed with the industry, in fact with individual companies. Clearly I cannot give the honourable senator, because we do not have it here, the considerable amount of detail about the timing of inspection that he wants. I certainly guarantee to seek answers to all of Senator Archer's questions it is possible to answer, but I do not have the information here.
