Senator BOSWELL —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That the Senate-

(a) notes the Australian Labor Party's (ALP) use of the Queensland Premier Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen in its advertising campaign to give credibility to last year 's National Economic Summit;

(b) notes that the Queensland Premier condemned the Summit and told the participants they were putting 'a noose around their neck' and refused to sign the Summit communique;

(c) condemns the Summit and its off-shoot, the Economic Planning Advisory Council, as an ALP-controlled body with 9 out of its 15 members being ALP puppets, dedicated to legitimising ALP policies; and

(d) condemns the ALP for misleading advertising in its use of the Queensland Premier.
