Senator CROWLEY —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

That the Senate-

(a) condemns the Federal Opposition for the failure of its Leader, Mr Peacock, to formulate, articulate and promote policy;

(b) condemns the Federal Opposition for allowing other than Party spokespeople to articulate and formulate its policy, and especially in allowing the former Secretary to the Treasury, Mr Stone to speak for the Opposition on matters of taxation, and Professor Blainey on matters relating to immigration;

(c) condemns the Federal Opposition for creating its policies by stealth; and

(d) calls upon the Federal Opposition to be an honourable Opposition.
