Senator MACKLIN(10.49) —Mr Temporary Chairman, it seems to me that in terms of procedure, it might be better to go to the substantive clause, if that is permissible, because otherwise, as I understand it there is a series of amendments. We are going to get ourselves into a dickens of a trouble if we support clauses that are actually going to be amended at a later stage of the Committee's consideration.
