Senator CRICHTON-BROWNE(5.50) —I ask a question. I note that it is stated that a person shall not wilfully give false evidence on oath or affirmation before the committee and the penalty is a term of imprisonment of five years. Do I understand that correctly? I might be referring to the wrong page.
