Senator MacGIBBON(5.12) —I seek amplification on that point. If we charter something we charter it for a finite period, whereas if we are on a contract the period of operation is implied to be considerably longer. We might charter for an hour, a day or a week, whereas if we contract we are implying that we are taking it for a year or, in the case of the Skywest contract, three years. Obviously we get a much better rate on the longer term than we do on the shorter one.
