Senator GARETH EVANS (Attorney-General) 3.59)-I have with me the tender documents which really are the essence of the contract as finally accepted. As I understand it, the contract was simply an exchange of letters recording the acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out in the tender document. I am happy to table the tender document. It is not possible in the circumstances to riffle through it and get the immediate answers to the particular questions about excess capacity and exclusivity to which Senator Durack referred. No doubt he can riffle through it and satisfy himself that the answers are or are not there to the questions he asked.
