Senator GRIMES (Minister for Social Security)(8.35) —I understand that Senator Walters is referring to a dinner after a Federal and State Ministers' meeting. I understand that a member of Dr Blewett's staff wrote a ditty which celebrated the establishment of the health insurance scheme. It is my understanding that the cost of that ditty was nil. I understand that the only cost to the person who sang it was a rather bad hangover the next morning. If we are to waste our time on nonsense like this, fair enough. But I really think that if Senator Walters through all her life has never been in some circumstance where she has been associated with a sporting team or a school team which has sung a song after a victory, at no cost to themselves or anyone else, quite frankly, I do not know what she is on about.
