Senator GRIMES (Minister for Social Security)(8.17) —Yes. It is perfectly clear to me. The Department does not pretend to any precision in the estimate. It is not suggesting that it is an exact estimate. It gives an estimate of the general magnitude of medical fraud and overservicing. I agree that the answer contains a bit of jargon and convoluted language, but that is what it means, and that is what it means to me.
